Our menus are built around proper British seasonal produce, making the most of what’s fresh, local, and full of flavour at this time of year. Think vibrant summer dishes, lighter plates, and ingredients that actually taste like they’ve seen some sun.

You’ll still find the classics holding their ground. Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, golden fish and chips, and those go-to favourites that never fall out of season. Just done with a lighter touch when the weather calls for it.

Really great new management team. Super friendly and brilliant service. The food was great and really nice there are other main options than just a roast on a Sunday. Definitely will be coming back to the althorp due to the team and food after a long hiatus!!

Had my 30th birthday drinks in the back room at the Althorp and it was absolutely fantastic. Food spread was great, staff were extremely attentive and the setup itself was perfect. Huge shout out to Sofiia who managed the bar area, sorted music, cake and everything else we needed. A great time was had by all!
